  For large furniture items, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient pickup time, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at our designated courier points.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item and confirms it meets our return standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
